Wow – that was a year that was!
What are you doing on Tuesday 22nd December 2009 between 4:00pm – 6:00pm? Not a lot? In which case, get the car out … load the kids into the back and get yourself and your little ones into the Xmas Party mood with a fantastic Xmas Party Extravaganza at Amanda’s Play Centre in Bicester?
Look amazing during the party season!
Event Details:
Wow, as if Action Amanda hadn’t already got the busiest life-style of anybody we know – she’s gone and committed to another fantastic new venture: Amanda is aiming to breathe new life into the old Mad Hatters Play Centre at 42 Murdock Rd, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 4PP.
Alison is one of the many celebrity Mums who take their toddlers to Amanda’s classes and Alison says: “you look for classes to occupy the baby’s day – or at least that was my initial thought. However, having taken several different classes, I can honestly say Amanda’s classes are the most entertaining. I will always have a soft preferential spot for Amanda’s class. She challenges traditional stereotypes for music classes and their teachers. She also encourages mothers to stop and think of the educational and developmental benefits of different elements in her class.”
Meanwhile parents /carers can relax and socialise in the cafe area – safe in the knowledge that their little ones are enjoying a great experience.
For this event we will be joined by Life Coach, Sue Bown, who will be giving tips on how to achieve the work life balance for working Mums - a session you cannot afford to miss!

Amanda announces a new high speed networking event for ‘mumprenuers’ taking place in June to give support, advice – and a bit of a breather – to working mothers in London! A variation on speed dating, our ‘mumprenuers’ will have the opportunity to ’speed-network’ during the event, so everyone has the opportunity to introduce their businesses to one another. After two minutes a bell is heard and you swap partners, and carry on until everyone in the event has met.
Career women who become mums, notoriously find themselves juggling a million different responsibilities and often become stressed and isolated by the numerous demands on their time. This special networking event, on 18th June, will be held at Chelsea’s waterside Deep Sea Food Restaurant, famous as the trendy backdrop for Gordon Ramsey’s The F-Word programme.
“I want to bring business-women together to find out more about each other’s work, how they can advise each other and make strategic connections and relationships. Perhaps most importantly, they can find out tips on how to juggle everything. Whether you’re a successful business-woman or you’re starting a kitchen table business, these events will be invaluable.”
